Nova House is set inside Rosemont Dunwoody — a wooded apartment community built around a private lake in Dunwoody, just north of Atlanta.
It's quiet. It's green. It doesn't look or feel like what you might expect from sober living.
Residents have access to on-site amenities including a fitness center, resort-style pool, BBQ and picnic areas, a fire pit, and walking paths through the surrounding nature. You're a short drive from the Chattahoochee River, Dunwoody Nature Center, Historic Downtown Roswell, and the Chattahoochee Nature Center — places Marcellus uses intentionally as part of community life here.

Marcellus Lewis founded Nova House because he knows what it takes to rebuild a life — and what kind of support actually makes the difference. He's here daily, not just administratively. He's invested in what's happening with each resident.
He holds a B.S. in Psychology, has been sober since July 30, 2023, and still picks up midnight calls from people who need someone.
